Job summary

Cross‑training in Custom Framing helps you upsell and support framing projects. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and providing excellent service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is a plus.
• Ability to stand and move around the store to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote rewards program and enroll customers in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and follow planograms (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform merchandise recovery as needed.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
