Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in Wisconsin to help customers shop, assist with locating products, and provide speedy checkout experiences. You will be involved in unloading trucks, stocking, and ensuring well-merchandised, in-stock shelves across the store.

You’ll participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, while supporting safety, shrink programs, and company SOPs. Must be 16+ and committed to friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and move throughout the store.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to maintain in-stock shelves.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies.
