Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and to maintain product knowledge for events across Florida. You will serve, demonstrate, and engage customers, while managing event equipment and ensuring a professional appearance in-store.

The role supports event execution, coordinates with store management in Supervisor's absence, and helps prepare samples while adhering to safety guidelines. This is a part-time, retail-focused role with light travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use a PC and a mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Coordinate with store management when Supervisor is absent; act as point of contact for events.
• Lead and assist the team during events and training sessions.
• Develop knowledge of products represented and communicate features/benefits to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appliances and cookware; maintain clean workstation.
• Complete all event-related tasks, audits, and documentation on time.
