Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, serve and engage customers, and maintain event equipment in stores.

This part-time role supports Supervisors, communicates with store management, and ensures clean, safe workstations while upholding professional appearance and food safety guidelines. Retail environment with limited travel and up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food safety certification or permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in the store back area.
• Communicate with store management in Supervisor's absence.
• Be the point of contact for all events conducted in the store.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to consumers.
