Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and engage customers professionally. You will manage event equipment in stores and maintain a professional appearance aligned with job requirements.

The role includes leading events when the supervisor is absent, coordinating with store management, and ensuring accurate execution of demonstrations while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device with internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment and supplies for events to keep backroom area clean and secure.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events in their store.
• Serve, demonstrate, and intercept consumers to sell products during events.
• Lead events in the supervisor's absence and assist the team as needed.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely, using appliances and following food safety guidelines.
