Job summary

Crossmark is seeking a part-time Associate to carry out in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintain knowledge of products, and engage consumers to drive sales. You will manage demo equipment, assist during events, and ensure safety and professionalism in a retail setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with store management when supervisors are absent, preparing and serving samples, and documenting setup success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies used for events, ensuring cleanliness and security in the backroom area.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming events and past event execution in the store.
• Be the point of contact for all events conducted in the store; assist other Event Specialists with event kits, materials, and tools as needed.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team.
• Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances, while complying with food safety guidelines.
