Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store demonstrations of food and non-food products. You will learn products, serve and engage customers, and manage event equipment in-store, while upholding professional appearance and safety standards.

The role is part-time with limited hours per week. You will lead event preparation, coordinate with store management when supervisors are unavailable, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Safety Certification.
• Local Food handlers permit if required.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in the backroom area.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point person for all events in the store and assist other staff as needed.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team.
• Acquire adequate knowledge of represented products.
• Proactively engage and sell products to consumers.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Prepare foods using raw products and kitchen appliances per guidelines.
• Complete all work and submit online requirements on the same day as events.
• Take photos documenting perfect table setups for client records.
