Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Associate to run in-store demonstrations, improve product knowledge, and engage customers with friendly, professional service. You will handle event setups, maintain equipment, and assist with food sampling while ensuring safety and cleanliness in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Food Safety Certification and Local Food Handler Permit if required.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with store systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage event equipment and supplies for in-store demos.
• Coordinate with store management when Supervisor is absent.
• Lead event teams and provide knowledge to the group.
• Demonstrate products and engage customers to drive sales.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
