Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and present them professionally.

You will prepare, serve, and break down products and equipment, maintaining a professional appearance and engaging consumers in a positive manner. The role is part-time with a retail environment focus and may require up to 25 hours per week, with possible changes based on client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station.
