Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, serve customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales with a professional presence.

You will manage event equipment and assist teams across stores, maintaining safety standards and a clean work area. Responsibilities include coordinating with store personnel, supporting the supervisor, and documenting events with photos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device with internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification and local food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain event equipment and supplies in-store backroom.
• Intercede with store management for events and ensure proper execution in supervisor's absence.
• Lead and assist the demo team, providing product knowledge and guidance.
