Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and engage customers in a professional manner.

The role involves managing event equipment, coordinating with store management, and delivering successful demos within a part-time schedule. The Associate will set up demo tables, prepare samples with safety standards, and help the team by sharing product knowledge and facilitating client goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic PC and mobile device literacy.
• Food safety certification and local permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment and supplies for events to keep area clean and secure.
• Communicate with store management about events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for all in-store events and assist others as needed.
• Provide leadership and share product knowledge with the team.
• Explain product features and benefits to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Set up and maintain a professional demo table and workstation.
• Submit online requirements and expense reports on the same day.
• Take photos of setups to document success stories for clients.
