Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn product details, serve customers, and manage event equipment in backroom areas, ensuring a clean, professional setup.

The role includes supporting store personnel and coordinating with the Supervisor as needed. Responsibilities include preparing samples with various appliances, maintaining safety standards, and documenting event outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient ability to use a PC and a mobile device.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and Local Food handlers permit if required.
• English is the primary language; bilingual may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain event equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with store management when Supervisor is absent.
• Lead and support the event team as needed.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Document setup with photos and submit reports on the same day.
