Crossmark Inc. is seeking a flexible, part-time Lead Event Specialist to join Product Connections in Sam's Club environments. You will interact with customers, demonstrate products, serve samples, and support event operations while acting as a resource for teammates.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Training is provided, and you’ll gain experience in live retail events and client visits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prev experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
