Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a Part-time Lead Event Specialist for in-store product demonstrations inside Sam's Club. You will engage customers, share product features, and support event operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Training is provided; no prior demo experience needed. Expect flexible scheduling, weekly pay, opportunities for leadership growth, and a supportive team as you help drive brands at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb a step ladder as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
