Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a Part-time Lead Event Specialist for in-store demos at Sam's Club. You will interact with customers, present product features, serve samples, and support event operations. No prior demo experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required by local regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and act as in-store point of contact when supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
