Job summary

Product Connections is hiring a Lead Event Specialist for flexible part-time work conducting in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club locations. You will interact with customers, present product features, and assist with event operations while supporting fellow team members.

No prior demo experience is required—training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed. This role emphasizes leadership development and a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
