Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a part-time Lead Event Specialist to perform in-store product demonstrations inside Sam's Club. You will engage customers, provide product samples, support event operations, and act as a resource for team members.

No prior demo experience is required; training and support are provided to help you succeed. This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
