Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Arvin, CA to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while embodying our values.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, excel in a fast-paced setting, and deliver friendly, high-energy service that helps build lasting brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Share brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other channels to guests.
• Able to flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
