Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Livermore, CA. You will bring our brand to life in-store and ensure every guest has an amazing shopping experience. You’ll educate customers on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and represent our values with authenticity.

Join a dynamic team, work across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, and help drive brand loyalty while delivering exceptional guest service daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills for guest interaction.
• Energetic, multi-tasker in fast-paced retail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce AE loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Support team and contribute to a positive store environment.
