Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Arvin, CA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life every day.

You will create an amazing shopping experience, help guests find what they need, and represent our values with your real self. As a brand ambassador, you’ll inform guests about AE and Aerie products, explain loyalty programs, and smoothly rotate between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a great guest experience.
• You stay energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in retail is a plus and helps you hit the floor running.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the brand model and a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest solutions.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
