Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Pleasanton, CA to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

You’ll be a team player with integrity, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and be available during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• You’re a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset.
• You’re passionate about AE & Aerie product! Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love! Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You’re an innovative problem solver! Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• You’re a team player - teamwork! Help your team get the job done.
• You've got integrity! Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
