Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests' day better.

You’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

If you love interacting with people, have energy for a fast-paced environment, and can work evenings, weekends and holidays, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
