Job summary

AEO is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Modesto, CA. You will be the face of our brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and promoting AE & Aerie products with enthusiasm.

You’ll help guests find perfect items, share product details, and introduce our loyalty program while staying flexible across Salesfloor, fitting rooms, and stock areas. Ideal candidates love interacting with people, bring energy, can multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting, and are at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You have retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done.
