Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and teens in Indianapolis. The role operates afternoons/evenings, Mon–Fri, on a part-time basis with a BCBA-supervised caseload.

The successful candidate will deliver direct therapy according to the treatment plan, participate in supervision, and maintain accurate session data while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB is required or steps to obtain it are provided.
• Prior ABA experience is preferred.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings is required.
• Comfort working in a family's home is essential.
• Reliable transportation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA's treatment plan.
• BCBA is assigned before start with an introduction and family support.
• Supervision is offered with competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide ongoing support.
