Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home in Fort Wayne, IN, Tue/Thu afternoons and evenings as a part-time position. You will deliver 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-written treatment plan and support children and families in their homes and communities.

All qualified RBTs build caseloads around availability, with BCBA supervision and a clear career path. Flexible hours, client-centered care, and opportunities for growth are highlighted in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA's treatment plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
• Your BCBA is assigned before you start; receive plan, introduction, and family care manager support.
• Attend supervision and required trainings; non-billable time is paid.
