Job summary

Step Ahead ABA seeks an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Westfield, IN team. This in-home position offers Mon–Fri mornings and afternoons with direct therapy sessions under BCBA supervision. You will participate in data collection, plan review, and family support to ensure effective interventions.

We provide a flexible caseload framework, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must be an active RBT in good standing.
• Experience delivering 97153 direct therapy under BCBA supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as per the BCBA-approved plan.
• Collect session data and document notes.
• Coordinate with BCBA supervisor for feedback and guidance.
• Support families and maintain a safe, positive home session environment.
• Attend required meetings and trainings as scheduled.
