Job summary

Step Ahead ABA, based in Altoona, IA, is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role. Expect about 7 hours weekly, two weekday afternoons from 4:30pm to 8:00pm, with compensation ranging from $21 to $23 per hour.

The position supports children with autism under a BCBA plan and includes supervision and flexible scheduling. Applicants should have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-written plan
• BCBA assigned to the case provides supervision and support
• Record session data and notes; non-billable time paid
• Case built around your availability; flexible part-time hours
