Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT to provide in-home therapy in Muncie, IN, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement the treatment plan and collect data as part of ongoing client care.

You’ll work Mon–Fri mornings/afternoons with flexible hours. The team supports clinician growth, offers supervision, and helps you advance while delivering compassionate care to children with autism.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification or eligibility.
• Experience delivering in-home ABA therapy is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Muncie, IN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-created treatment plan.
• Collaborate with BCBA for supervision, feedback, and plan updates.
• Collect session data and submit notes for billing and review.
• Participate in paid non-billable trainings and meetings as scheduled.
