Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home therapy in Indianapolis. This part-time position offers Tue/Thu afternoon slots with direct therapy (97153) under BCBA supervision, with a focus on providing compassionate, family-centered ABA services.

You will work with an assigned BCBA, collect session data, and participate in scheduled meetings. Compensation starts at $23/hour with paid non-billable time and opportunities for bonuses and tuition support

Qualifications

• RBT credential and active certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy under BCBA-approved treatment plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for each visit.
• Receive supervision and feedback from BCBA and clinical director.
• Coordinate with family care manager and support team for scheduling and communication.
