Step Ahead ABA in Westfield, IN, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy, Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings. This part-time position offers billable therapy at $23 per hour with BCBA supervision and a clear growth pathway within our program.

You will deliver direct therapy under a BCBA plan, receive support from a supervising team, and help families by collecting data and ensuring continuity of care. Flexibility and reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• You deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• You start with a BCBA-assigned plan and family support.
• Supervision includes competency assessments and constructive feedback.
• You collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Our BCBAs and clinical directors provide experienced support.
