Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Cushing, OK is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy on a part-time basis, primarily Monday–Friday afternoons. The role involves working with children and teens on the autism spectrum, with a BCBA supervising and assigned to the case to ensure continuity and support.

• Supervision and feedback from BCBA and clinical directors.
