CVS Health, via Signify Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. The role involves conducting 45-minute visits, reviewing medications and history, and performing a physical examination in members' homes.

You may travel locally and across licensed states and conduct virtual visits when needed. This part-time position offers base pay with a range ($83.69–$180.25 per hour) and a benefits package for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
