Travel within licensed states is required, and virtual visits are possible. The position offers a 29.5-hour weekly schedule with a base pay of $125 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage areas.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• Part-time position as in-home clinician accepting home health visits.

Aufgaben

• Visit patients in their homes for comprehensive health evaluations.
• Perform medication and medical history review and physical evaluation.
• Use iPad with workflow; no prescribing or labs ordering required.
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits when required.
• Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated.
