Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-Time Physician to deliver in-home health evaluations. You will meet patients where they live, review medications and medical histories, perform a physical exam, and help connect members to the right care.

The role requires MD/DO licenses (multi-state licenses preferred) and travel within licensed states. It offers a 29.5-hour weekly schedule and a pay range of $83.69–$180.25 per hour, with benefits for part‑time eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations and patient education.
• Engage with patients to bridge gaps in care and coordinate with health plans.
• Document medical history, medications, and exam findings using the iPad workflow.
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits when required.
