CVS Health, via Signify Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. Providers engage with members in their homes, bridging gaps in care and delivering personalized health assessments.

This role involves ~29.5 hours weekly with independent patient visits, travel within licensed states, and use of digital tools to document findings. Benefits and malpractice coverage are offered for part-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home health evaluations lasting ~45 minutes.
• Conduct medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and additional diagnostic tests as ordered by health plan.
• Use iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing, no lab orders, no altering current treatment.
