Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. You will engage with patients in their homes, reviewing medications and medical histories, performing physical evaluations, and offering guidance as needed.

You’ll travel locally within licensed states, use an iPad with a clinical workflow, and may conduct virtual visits. This role is 29.5 hours per week with a pay range of $105.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
• Able to cover the following primary counties: Arapahoe/Douglas County.
