Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Clifton, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate therapy in-home or at the clinic.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children - ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
