Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in-home or clinic settings. You’ll work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the care team to implement plans with compassion and accuracy.

If you’re not yet certified, we provide paid training and cover the cost of your RBT exam to help you launch your career with confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation required
• RBT certification preferred but not required — training provided
• Prior experience with children with ASD preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating)
