Job summary

Merrimack Autism Consultants is hiring part-time Behavioral Therapists to provide in-home ABA services. This entry-level role offers 1:1 client support in the Lawrence, MA area with sessions typically from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm and some morning/weekend shifts.

Minimum 10–19 hours weekly; pay varies by education and experience. We provide extensive hands-on training including Safety Care and CPR, and opportunities to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients using ABA techniques.
• Support and guide caregivers when therapists are not in the home.
• Collect data and perform discrete trials daily to monitor progress.
• Communicate progress and concerns to family and supervisor promptly.
• Complete the 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
