Job summary

A behavioral health organization in Medford, Massachusetts is seeking part-time Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 in-home ABA services for clients with autism. Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to clients with autism.
• Support and guide parents/caregivers in implementing behavior plans.
• Collect data on client progress and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.

Skills

CPR certified
