Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist to support clients in Lawrence and Merrimack Valley, MA. This part-time role focuses on afternoon and evening cases, typically 2:30 PM–8:00 PM, with several locations and varied schedules.

You will work under clinical guidance, implement interventions, and document sessions while communicating with families and the team. If you enjoy helping children and individuals with developmental needs, this is a rewarding opportunity.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent

• Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
• Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
• Implement activities and interventions as directed
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Complete required session documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
