Job summary

Merrimack Autism Consultants in Fitchburg, MA, is seeking full-time male behavior therapists to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA services. Qualified candidates will work closely with children and adolescents with autism, ensuring exceptional care through our training programs.

This role offers flexible schedules mostly in the afternoons, significant on-the-job training, and a competitive pay range of $19-$25 per hour based on education and experience. Join us in making a difference!

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Registered Behavior Therapist or 3 months working with children.
• Able to work with children, adolescents, or adults with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Support and guide parents on behavior plans.
• Collect data on client progress daily.
