An organization dedicated to autism services is seeking part-time experienced Behavior Therapists in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The role involves providing 1:1 in-home ABA services, working flexible hours mostly in the afternoon and evening. Qualifications
At least one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
Able to pass a background check and authorized to work in the U.S.
6+ months experience as a Behavioral Therapist or similar role.
Commitment to clients for at least 6 months.
CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to clients with autism.
Support parents/caregivers in implementing behavior plans.
Collect data focused on skills and behaviors.
Communicate concerns and progress to families and supervisors.
Complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training within 90 days of hire.
