Job summary

A leading provider of autism support services in Lawrence, MA is hiring part-time Behavior Therapists to provide in-home ABA services. This entry-level position offers flexible afternoon and evening hours and requires a minimum commitment of 10-19 hours per week. Responsibilities include working directly with clients, collecting progress data, and providing support to families. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some relevant experience, along with enthusiasm for helping children with autism. Compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certified (or willingness to obtain certification within 2 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients with autism as instructed by a BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress and communicate updates to families.
• Complete RBT training and pass the examination within 90 days of hire.
