Job summary

A behavioral healthcare organization in Boston is seeking part-time Behavior Therapists to provide one-on-one in-home ABA services. Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children with autism. Positions offer flexible scheduling in the afternoons, ongoing training, and a competitive pay between $19-$27 per hour based on experience. Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be enthusiastic about working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Must be CPR certified within two weeks after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with autism.
• Collect data on skills and behaviors daily.
• Communicate any concerns and progress to the client's family.
