Step Up Family Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. The role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in-home settings.

RBTs will provide one-on-one therapy, maintain client data, and assist in behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and preferred RBT certification or relevant degree.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• RBT certification (preferred but not required at time of hire).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress using electronic data collection systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs targeting communication and adaptive behaviors.
