Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support for youth aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This is a direct care and supervisory role with strong clinical oversight and documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active PA licensure in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis required/preferred.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience or supervision experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families.
• Implement ABA strategies and document progress for treatment goals.
• Coordinate with families, educators, and providers to support client progress.
