Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This part-time role offers clinical oversight, strong documentation skills, and opportunities to supervise other staff as you support youth progress through

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with acceptable supervision or licensure.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP) or equivalent with ABA oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
