United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist for a part-time role in Ohio. The position focuses on delivering the five-star Hi Five Guest Experience, making hand-dipped cones, shakes and other items, while ensuring store operations run smoothly.

The role requires excellent guest service, basic cash handling, and adherence to company policies, with shifts potentially including 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Minimum age is 16.

Formación

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and read price books.
• Ability to lift and move objects as described in the job duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet guests warmly and ensure they leave satisfied.
• Prepare dips, shakes, malts, cones and other hand-dipped items for guests.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and make change accurately.
• Stock shelves, keep dip cabinet and freezers filled and presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, monitor temperatures and equipment.
• Complete time records accurately and perform other duties as assigned by management.
