Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Clear communication in English with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare and serve hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and other items.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle payments and discounts.
• Keep shelves and equipment clean and organized, rotate stock.
• Monitor store security and maintain safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
